In an effort to protect our computer system  from viruses, staff do not open “questionable” emails; only emails perceived as “valid” will be read.

Here’s what you can do to let us know that your email is valid:

  • Where possible, use an email address that includes your family name.
  • Include a meaningful subject line. Empty or generic subjects like “Hi” or “Good Morning” are generally deemed as spam and will not be read.

If you do not hear from the staff member you emailed in a reasonable amount of time, please call or send in a note to verify receipt of your email.

If you intend to use email communication with teachers, you may wish (prior to your first email) to send a note to your child’s teacher(s) with your email address so it can be put in their address book.
