Tuition Schedule, 2009-2010
$3,900 per student in Grades 1-8 - Active parishioners of our partnering parishes should contact their parish office to learn the amount of parish assistance they can receive.
$3,550 per student for all-day Kindergarten
$1,775 per student for half-day Kindergarten
Fees
Registration fee is $150 (non-refundable) and is applied towards tuition.
Our annual cafeteria fee (per family) can be earned back by working once per quarter in the lunchroom. Visit the Cafeteria website for details.
Field trips, club fees, Scholastic news, mandatory supplies, etc.
vary by grade.
At this time, our Repair and Renovation fee (R&R) has been suspended. This fee helped us to replace windows, replace ceiling tiles, and install ceiling fans.
Parish Contribution
Families who are registered, active parishioners at one of the participating parishes receive a parish contribution towards tuition and manage their tuition payments through the parish. The parish contribution is determined separately by each parish. Parish contributions do not apply to kindergarten.
Families who are not affiliated with one of the participating parishes are responsible for the full non-parishioner tuition amount and work directly with the school to manage payment.
Payment Options
Payment in full by July 1st. Parishioners pay their parish, non-parishioners and kindergarten payments pay the school.
OR
A 10-month payment schedule (July to April) arranged through Tuition Management Systems. This involves a fee for non-parishioners; the fee for parishioners is determined by each parish.
How Is Tuition Price Determined?
The price of tuition is determined by the Finance Committee of the school’s Board of Education. It is then approved by the Board as well as the Parish Councils of each of our participating parishes.
